The rooms are spacious and modern with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The service is exceptional, especially from the housekeeping team. I stayed at this hotel and loved its perfect location, very close to the Promenade and easy to travel in-and-out on the tram. The rooms were lovely, the staff was pleasant, and the dining experience was fantastic with the best steaks. However, the Wi-Fi was not included and had to be paid for separately, which was a minor inconvenience.
